A global business executive based in Santiago de Veraguas, Panama, Sean Hammerle has served as chief operating officer and partner with ONQ since 2013. Charged with overseeing more than 600 employees on three continents, he guides strategic direction and acts as a liaison between the company and government agencies at the local and national levels. In recognition of his achievements, Contact Center World named Sean Hammerle Best Contact Center Executive in the World.
Before joining ONQ’s Panama office, Mr. Hammerle spent more than a decade as president of a consulting firm that provided executive leadership training, strategic planning, and board development for nongovernmental and charitable organizations around the world.
Sean Hammerle holds a bachelor of arts in political science and opera performance from Louisiana State University, where he received the 1993 Ralph D. Ensminger Memorial Student of the Year Award. Additionally, he maintained membership in multiple honor societies and served as council president of the College of Arts and Sciences. Outside of his responsibilities with ONQ, he enjoys traveling and hopes to one day become a full-time travel blogger.
